Harmony
Harmony is our lead property manager and brings a great deal of heart and expertise to the Household-X team. She loves taking care of the wonderful properties and households that Household-X supports. Harmony is a proud mother of three, including being a dog mom to Piglet.

Brandy
Brandy joined the Household-X Property Management Team in January 2020, bringing with her decades of financial management experience to keep rent low, utilities at a fixed monthly rate, and houses with plenty of reserves to stay beautiful. Brandy enjoys Shakespeare plays and Britt concerts.

Grant
Grant is the founder of several of our wonderful homes. He is our main advisor on what makes living in Household-X houses so fantastic—the power of household. He and his wife recently moved out of the Scotch House to Estes Park, where they are expecting their first child.

Grant has over 25 years of experience in co-living, with a background spanning communes, co-ops, and intentional living communities. Since launching his co-living investment and property management company in 2017, he has helped investors build successful portfolios using creative real estate strategies. A recognized industry educator and author, Grant developed the first co-living training course in 2019 and is passionate about helping others succeed in co-living investment and management.
Andrew
Andrew is an experienced realtor, real estate investor, and co-living specialist who owns several successful co-living properties in Colorado and Florida. As Head of the Board of Advisors, he helps identify and acquire homes that are well-suited for the Household-X model while guiding investors through the purchasing process.
